Village Ordinances
The Village of Caledonia is its own entity. Incorporated in 1996, the Village established Ordinance that have been put in place now for over the past 25 years, to help maintain order in the village. This in turn helps keep property values up, the neighborhood safe and welcoming.

Each member of the board has a copy of the Village Ordinance and Zoning information. Please reach out to anyone of them to review the current ordinances.
VIOLATIONS
If a violation is brought to the attention of the elected board, they will discuss it at the monthly meeting and determine the best way to approach the situation. It may be a board member talking to the resident or a letter with a copy of the ordinance in question. All residents are welcome to attend the monthly meeting, or contact a board member to talk.
